Report: Suppliers accuracy evaluation

Executive summary

The Supplier accuracy evaluation report shows you the standard deviation of delivery time from lead time that was contracted with the supplier. Various criteria for accuracy may be set. The system generates a report that includes contractual and real lead time; then it generates total supplier’s evaluation with a number of correctly delivered orders and its percentual share among all orders.

The report is calculated from input data on individual product transactions (eg orders and receipts of goods).

Functional description

The report evaluates delivery times aggregated at the supplier level from all orders placed in the selected period.

Dependence on the selected path (tree hierarchy)

The displayed report items do not correspond to (do not depend on) the selected tree structure on the left or in the path at the top.

Report settings

We may select criteria in which we are now interested:

• specific time period,
• suppliers
• stores that are supplied by them,
• acceptable deviation from contractual lead time,
• difference between ordered amount of goods and actually delivered goods.

You may also select an aggregation based on supplier or store.

Outputs

A table with information will be shown after clicking on “Send” button:

  • The column appears only if aggregation for a period has been set.

  • After clicking, a window with a list of orders for the selected period will be displayed.
• Real LT
  • Calculated real leadtime in the period specified in the initial report form. Calculated on the basis of real transactions.
  • Order date vs. Date of Delivery.
• Contractual LT
  • Average contractual leadtime of items according to the selected aggregation.
• Total
  • Total number of orders.
• Delivery date
  • Correct
    • Number of valid orders where at least one delivery had the actual delivery date within the allowed tolerance from the required date.
  • Correct [%]
    • Percentage of valid orders, where at least one delivery had the actual delivery date within the allowed tolerance from the required date, to the total number of orders.
  • Before
    • Number of valid orders where at least one delivery had an actual delivery date before the allowed tolerance from the required date.
  • Before [%]
    • Percentage of valid orders, where at least one delivery had an actual delivery date before the allowed tolerance from the required date, to the total number of orders.
  • After
    • Number of valid orders where at least one delivery had the actual delivery date beyond the allowed tolerance from the required date.
  • After [%]
    • Percentage of valid orders, where at least one delivery had the actual delivery date beyond the allowed tolerance from the required date, to the total number of orders.
• Final evaluation
  • Correct
    • Number of valid orders where at least one delivery was delivered within the required date tolerance.
  • Correct [%]
    • Percentage of valid orders where at least one delivery was delivered within the required date tolerance.
