Module: Reporting¶
Executive summary¶
In this section you may find all other reports, that support fast analysis and decision-making. They are pre-processed reports that evaluate various items or all categories based on selected views.
Functional description¶
Trend¶
Trend analysis allows you to watch current sales trends of selected items. The analysis is calculated as a comparison of current item sales versus sales in previous period (default is 12 months). The idea is to identify those items, that have very different sales amounts, or watch sales of important items in time periods.
STOCK analyzes sales in the past 12 months and compares average monthly sales in selected period with current sales of the item or product.
The analysis divides items into 5 categories according to percentual sales change, that may be used to filter in the analysis:
Trend analysis table shows information about item categorization and selected economical data, that supports better decision-making that influences the items. It also shows information, if the item’s logistics is managed by STOCK, if the product is sporadic, information about stock value, sales, profit and item-specific percentual trend value.
Trends may be followed at the level of whole organization, specific warehouse or a single store.
Analysis of orders-received fulfillment¶
This report is an ideal tool for operational supply level management and client’s orders fulfillment.
In the report you may easily filter those items, that are unavailable, if this stockout is handled by orders-in-transit or not at all, or what is the situation with all orders or orders in the last couple of days.
Summary information - at the first glance you may see, that the total value of all orders received from customers, is (in this case) 10.240.727 CZK; then you may see how many of them we are able to cover by supply in warehouses, i.e. 5.404.924 CZK; then also what is the value of orders that I will not be able to cover, in this case 4.835.803 CZK.
Detailed items list - a details list that may be filtered according to important criteria, such as amount of orders, amount in financial value that is demanded by the customer, available supply value etc.
