Report: Exported suggested orders

Executive summary

The report shows suggested orders exported from STOCK for the selected period.

Functional description

First, you need to select a period for which the orders are to be displayed. The report then displays orders where the export date is in the selected period.

Dependence on the selected path (tree hierarchy)

The displayed report items do not correspond to (do not depend on) the selected tree structure on the left or in the path at the top.

Outputs

The output of the report is a table with columns:

  • Code
  • Product
  • Supplier
    • Supplier used to calculate the suggested order.
  • Date of export
    • Order export date.
  • Delivery date
    • Expected delivery date by vendor leadtime.
  • Exported supplier
    • Supplier to which the order is placed.
  • Exported quantity [MU]
  • Original quantity proposed by STOCK [MU]
  • Original non-rounded quantity proposed by STOCK [MU]
  • Price
  • Sale 30 days [MU]
  • Sale 14 days [MU]
  • Automatic export
