Module: Overall evaluation of the project

Executive summary

Overall evaluation of the project serves the purpose to compare key indicators in time and enables comparing the company performance before and after major changes are made. Evaluated indicators are for example

  • Total and lost revenue
  • Customer service level
  • Stock
  • Product portfolio width and sales variety (amount of different items in stock and amount of different items sold)

The evaluation can be mande

  • by months of the whole year for all products aggregated,
  • by individual product categories as year-over-year comparison at the end of the last complete month.

The total report may be shown in measurable units or in money.

Functional description

The report respects the location in the product tree. The evaluation can be made for whole company or for just a selected part (e.g. a store, product category etc.). The items may also be filtered based on critera - main filters are for example

  • Based on ABC category
  • Based on supplier
  • Based on central warehouse
  • Based on the date of first and last sale

Including sellout, promo, non-ordered, non-forecasted or custom items The total list of products, that are a part of the evaluation, may be downloaded as MS Excel file. Report settings may be adjusted using input form that consists of all criteria mentioned above:

In cases when a monthly comparison is selected, all data are shown in table form as well as in chart form. Solid lines in charts show data in the current year, dashed lines show data in the past year.

Extensions

In the tables, absolute values for a selected time period of the current year and of the last year are shown, as well as a year-over-year change related to the same month of the last year. When comparing categories, only table format of the report is available.
